Adding Trainees

Document Center Administrators can add organizations, member lists, and persons to the Training list for a quality system document or template.

When you add a member list or organization to the list of trainees, all people from that member list or organization are added. An organization can be a company, business unit, or department.

  1. View the Training page for a quality system document. See Training Page.
  2. Click Actions > Add Trainee.
    The search page opens. You can search for organizations, member lists, and persons. For a template, you can only search for organizations and member lists.
  3. Select the items you want to add as trainees. In the Training Required column, choose mandatory or optional to indicate if the selected item must complete training, or if their training is optional. If mandatory, the quality system document cannot be implemented until training is complete.
    You cannot change the training required value for individual persons in organizations or member lists.
  4. Click Submit.
    The app adds the items to the training list. For organizations and member lists, all persons in the organization or member list are added to the training list.
