| Column Name | Description |

| Issuing Agency | Organization that issued the secondary DI. Issuing agencies are organizations that are recognized by the regulatory authority to issue DIs. Possible values are GS1, HIBCC, ICCBBA, and NDC/NHRIC. The issuing agency is different from the agency that issued the primary DI. |
