Device Substatus

The Device Substatus tab provides the substatus for the context device identification.

The Device Substatus is applicable only for the revised DI if any of the following conditions are fulfilled with the below mentioned order:

  • If the Status for market distribution is set either to the Withdrawn or the Put In Service.
  • If the Start Date of the country of sales is reached.
  • If the DI Published Date is reached.

Required Access Roles:

  • App-specific: Product Manager
  • Baseline: Leader

Properties of a Device Substatus

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the substatus.
State The current state of the substatus.
Owner The person responsible for the substatus.
Title The title of the substatus.
Date The date on which the substatus is created.
Device Substatus The substatus of the context device. The following are the values:
  • Field safety action initiated
  • Field safety corrective actions
  • Recalled
Recall Scope The scope for the recall of device. The following are the values:
  • Lot Number
  • Serial Number
  • Software Version
  • UDI-DI

Actions and Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Edit Lets you edit the details of the selected substatus.
Delete Lets you delete the selected substatus.
Note: You cannot delete the substatus that is in the Released state.
Insert new row Lets you insert the rows above or below of the selected row.
Note: This option is enabled in the Edit mode. When you enter the row, add the details in the related columns and the substatus is created with the added details.
Remove inserted row(s) Lets you remove the inserted rows.
