Fields

Field Name Description
Owner The person responsible for the device substatus.
Policy The policy of the substatus.
State The current state of the substatus.
Originated The date on which the substatus is created.
Modified The date on which the substatus is modified.
Title The title of the substatus
Date The date of the substatus when it was identfied.
Device Substatus The substatus of the context device. The following are the values:
  • Field safety action initiated
  • Field safety corrective actions
  • Recalled
Recall Scope The scope for the recall of device. The following are the values:
  • Lot Number
  • Serial Number
  • Software Version
  • UDI-DI

Action Description
Edit Lets you edit the details of the selected contradication.
Note: You can edit the contradication that is in the In Work state.
