Run a Slideshow Meeting
You can create a slideshow of your Leangets to present during a daily Lean meeting.

From the navigation pane, tap Meeting
.
Note: The number of connected team members appears on top of the icon, starting from two.On your screen, the Meeting menu appears.
On other team members' screen, the icon displays in a blue dot to indicate that you are preparing a meeting. They cannot access the Meeting menu.

Tap the Leangets you want to add to the slideshow meeting.
You can select up to 14 Leangets, from the same board or from different boards.
The selected Leangets are framed with a dashed line in the navigation pane, and are listed in the Agenda tab of the Meeting menu.Tips: - To remove a Leanget, tap it again in the navigation pane.
- To reorder Leangets in the slideshow, drag each Leanget in the Agenda tab to its new position.
- Optional: Tap a duration for the meeting. By default, the duration is 5 minutes.

Tap Start ► to begin the slideshow meeting.
Important: You cannot save a slideshow for later. If you tap , the content of the Meeting menu is deleted. The icon appears in a blue dot with a check mark to indicate that you are presenting.Tip: During the slideshow meeting, you can display the app in fullscreen mode from the widget preferences. Tap , then tap to share a screenshot of your Web
Page or 3D Play Leanget with all connected users
and annotate it in real time.
Note: Whether you are the meeting runner or a meeting attendee, the following commands are available:

From the Attendee tab, the meeting runner can give presentation
control to one attendee at a time by clicking next to
their profile icon.
displays next to the presenter's profile icon. The presenter can navigate the meeting, and give control to another attendee. The meeting runner can retrieve control by clicking the next to their own profile icon. Only the meeting runner can retrieve control.
- Tap End ■ to close the meeting and switch back to the navigation pane.
