Customizing Preferences

You can customize preferences for Assembly Path Optimization.

  1. From the top bar, select Me > Preferences, and then click the App Preferences tab.
  2. Expand Simulation, and then Manufacturing Process Documentation.
  3. Select Assembly Path Optimization.
  4. Expand the section corresponding to the options to be customized.

    Section Description
    Path Finder Lets you customize the Find and Optimize tab of the Path Finder panel.
    Track Lets you customize the Moving Objects panel, tilt restriction, and T-Points display and insertion.
    Trajectory Lets you customize the Trajectory Infrastructure.
    Gantt Common Lets you customize the default settings of the Gantt command.
    Multiple Minimum Distances Lets you customize the displayed information in the Minimum Distance label.

  5. Specify these options according to your needs.
  6. Click OK to save your modifications and exit the dialog box.
