List of Work Orders

The Manage Work Orders window lists the work orders in the production plan. You use it as a quick reference view of the activities that the plan must handle. By default, the list includes all the work orders, no matter whether scheduled or not, in the date range of the plan. That range goes from the operation with the earliest start date to the operation with the latest end date, among all the work order operations present in the plan. You can filter and sort that list:

  • Click Scheduled to display only the scheduled work orders.
  • Click Not Scheduled to display only the work orders that are available for planning, but that you have not scheduled yet.
  • Use the Due Date Range slider to display only the work orders whose due date falls within the specified range.
  • Click the column headers to sort the table in ascending or descending order of content in the selected column.
  • Drag the column headers to customize the order of the columns in the table.

The filters and sorts you apply to the list are for on-the-fly analysis. The Manage Work Orders window does not save them when you close it.
