Create the Product Flow

In this step, you will create the product flow and specify the cycle time.

  1. Right-click the root General system and select Properties.
  2. In the Reference tab of the Properties dialog box, enter a cycle time of 150 sec.
  3. Delete all the general operations in the systems.
  4. From the Authoring section of the action bar, double-click Create a Product Flow .
  5. Select General System A, then General System B.
    The product flow is created between the two systems.
  6. In the same way, create a product flow between General Systems B and C.
  7. Click Create a Product Flow again to deactivate the command.
  8. To see the product flows, from the Authoring section of the action bar, click Relations .
    The product flows are displayed in the Relations panel.
