Managing the Visibility of Manufacturing Products

From the Setup section of the action bar, click Product Management

The Product Management dialog box appears.

In the Mode section, select one of the available modes.

Inactive disables product management. Product Buildup and manufacturing products visibly coexist in the work area.
When Product Buildup is selected, all manufacturing products are hidden in the work area. Product buildup is activated and the EBOM, Process trajectories, and any tasks associated with these trajectories are visible.
Selecting Manufacturing Product disables Product Buildup and enables the viewing of manufacturing products. Manufacturing products in the resource tree, trajectories that are associated with these manufacturing products, and any tasks associated with these trajectories are visible.

Select Manufacturing Product.

This mode allows you to filter the visibility of manufacturing products based on their Prefix (defined on the product during Sync with Planning).

The Manufacturing Product Details section appears.

Select Display Products List to display the list of manufacturing products.

When Manual List Refinement is selected from the Prefix list, the visibility of manufacturing products can be manipulated from the table.


	Changes the visibility status (visible or not visible) of selected Manufacturing products.
	Reset Filters clears any existing filters that have been defined.
	Edit column visibility changes the visibility of columns (Attached Trajectories, Associated Process and Assigned To) which are hidden by default.

Notes: Any changes made to the visibility of manufacturing products are not monitored after exiting Product Management. If Product Management is later executed again, the state that was last remembered of the hidden/visible products is applied.

When executed on non-PPR data, only Inactive and Manufacturing Product modes are available.
