Human Definition Section

The Human Definition section of the action bar provides commands for defining the manikin.



Manikin Data Library Manager
Manage the libraries efficiently using a set of ready-made posture tabs for human libraries then delete attribute items within a library and manage interaction skills within this library. This data can be stored on a manikin in a session or in a user-defined library.

Male

Population
Changes the population currently used by the current selected manikin.
  • Click Population and the dialog box appears with the available populations and the manikin's current nationality is highlighted.
  • Select from:
    • American
    • Canadian
    • French
    • Japanese
    • Korean
    • American_Civilian
    • German
    • Indian
  • Click OK when completed.


Features Display
Changes the display of a manikin by showing or hiding segments, line of sight, center of gravity and the referential
Click Features Display and select a manikin. Select accordingly from:
  • Segments - displays the line segments
  • Line Of Sight - displays the line of sight
  • Referential - displays the position of the referential
  • Reset - resets the selections.
Click Close when completed.

Appearance
Changes the appearance of a manikin.

Flyout for Gender



Male
Switches gender to male.
  • Click Male then select the manikin. The manikin changes to a Male.


Female
Switches gender to female.
  • Click Female then select the manikin. The manikin changes to a Female.
