Batch execution means that your preparation is performed in a background process. Before starting a batch execution, you must save the entire abstraction to the database. While the preparation is running, you can continue working in your current session. Batch execution is useful for larger models that take a long time to complete. The preparation is locked while it is running; you can review the preparation in the app but you cannot modify any features. You can close the app or your session while the preparation is running; however, the machine that submitted the process should remain turned on and connected to the network until the preparation process is complete. | ||||||||||
