Displaying a History

You can display the history of a preparation process using the History command. When you display the history, Experience Models Preparation provides a list of all the actions that have been performed on the process and a detailed status. An action can be any of the following:

  • a HSR operation
  • a decimation
  • a semantic selection
  • an Insert New operation
  • a restoration or a suppression of HSR removed elements (HSR Removed Elements manager)
  • a merge of elements

Before you begin: A preparation must have been previously run on a model, and you must have performed any action that is accounted for in the history report.

Retrieving Information about the Model
  1. Select the product either in the tree or in the work area.
  2. Click History from the Data Preparation action bar.
The History panel appears in the main window. A detailed status is provided for each operation listed in the history. The information in the panel reflects the most recent run of the preparation process.

Warning: The History panel is snapped to other panels; for example it is snapped to the Information Report panel if you previously retrieved an information report about the model, and have not closed the Information Report panel.
