IP Protection Management manages security libraries and the associated security classes within those
libraries. The Leader, who creates a security library and associated
security classes, is the owner of the library, and controls the definition of security
classes, security class attributes, and access rules for information contained within
the security class. Additional users are added to the security library and security
classes if they meet the defined rules of the class.

It is not recommended to use IP Classify and Reuse to manage IP Protection Management libraries and classes.
