Items

The Items page defines the allowed items for the users and/or organizations in an exception.

Required access role:

  • Baseline: Leader

To access this page:

  1. Open the exception. For more information, see Opening an Exception.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Authorized.
  3. Select the Items tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the authorized item.
Type The type of authorized item.
Description The description of the authorized item.
State The current lifecycle state of the authorized item.
Owner The user who created the authorized item.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Add Adds items to the object. Adding Authorized Items
Add Class Items Adds class items to the object. —
Remove Removes a selected item from the object. —
Navigate to Connect Related Shows all related objects of the selected exception. Click Submit to add related objects to the exception. －
Search Within Searches within for the items. －
