Countries/Locations

The Countries/Locations page defines a list of allowed countries for the user's location for an exception authorized by People, Organization, and Business Skills. You can include a list of matching locations for the user's location for the Exception and Exclude the list of locations that are not allowed for the Exception.

Required access role:

  • Baseline: Leader

To access this page:

  1. Open the exception. For more information, see Opening an Exception.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Authorized.
  3. Select the Countries/Locations tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The country name.
Include/Exclude Include signifies a list of matching locations for the user's location for the Exception. Exclude signifies the list of locations that are not allowed for the Exception.
Image if available.
Rev Number of revisions.
Description Description of the country.
Continent The continent code.
Country Code (2 Letter) The 2-letter code for the country.
Country Code (3 Letter) The 3-letter code for the country.
Country Number The number for the country.
State The current lifecycle state of the object: Active.
Owner The user who created the country.
