The user who created the exception. Click to select a

| Effective From |
Exceptions must have a date that specifies when the
exception will be effective for use. Click to select
the effective date. |
| Effective To |
Exceptions must have an expiration date. Click to select
the expiration date. |
| Export Occurrence Limit |
Enter the number of export occurrences allowed related to
the exception. |
| Contract Identification |
Enter the contract identification information. |
