Component Request Identity Card

The identity card provides basic information about the component request.

To access this page, select the component request and click Information on the toolbar or open the component request. For more information, see Opening Component Requests.

Fields

Field Description
Component Request name The name of the component request.
Maturity Content: Current maturity state of the object.

Link:Modifies the maturity state of the selected objects. For more information, see Changing Maturity.

Request Approval Status Indicates the status of the component request. The status is empty until the component request is approved, rejected, or canceled. The Request Approval Status values are:
  • Empty
  • Approved - the component request is completed.
  • Rejected - the component request is rejected.
  • Canceled - the component request is canceled.
Submitted By The user who created the component request.
Name

The unique identifier of the object, automatically defined at creation.

For example, CQR-100001.
Template Request template information. You can click the request template hyperlink to open the request template.
Request Assignee The request assignee for the component request.
Submitted Date The date the component request is promoted from In Draft to Evaluation.
Due Date The date the component request is due.

Expand Click to show full information in the identity card.
Collapse Click to show minimal information in the identity card. Not all fields appear when you collapse the identity card.

Submit Submits the component request to the Under Review state from the In Draft state. A 3DNotification is sent to the Request Assignee when the request is submitted. Content Lifecycles
Maturity Opens the maturity state dialog box where you can promote or demote the component request to a different state. A 3DNotification is sent to the request assignee and the requester when the request is promoted or closed. Changing Maturity
Approve Approves the component request that is in the Request Approval state and has no pending tasks.
Important: You must have edit access to approve the component request.

Reject
Note: Displays for the Request Assignee when the component request is in the Submitted state.
Rejects the component request. Any route in the current state is stopped and the component request moves to the Closed state. A 3DNotification is sent to the Requester, Request Assignee, and members of the component request when the request is rejected. Reject a Component Request
Cancel
Note: Displays for the Requester when the component request is in the Submitted state.
Cancels the component request. Any route in the current state is stopped and the component request moves to the Closed state. A 3DNotification is sent to the Requester, Request Assignee, and members of the component request when the request is canceled. Cancel a Component Request
Notify
Note: Displays for the Requester when the component request is past due.
