Enterprise IP Integration Management User Interface

The Enterprise IP Integration Management user interface enables you to filter or delete the exchange jobs that are displayed. The displayed exchange jobs are automatically refreshed every 5 minutes.

Columns

The user interface of Enterprise IP Integration Management displays information about the exchange jobs in a grid view.

Column Description
If the icon is displayed, the exchange job is part of a resubmission family.

Title The title of the exchange job.
Type The type of exchange (import or export).
Status The status of the exchange job. This can be:
  • Created: The initial state of the job.
  • Pending: The job is added to the execution queue.
  • Running: The job is being executed.
  • Succeeded: The job execution was successful.
  • Failed: The job execution failed.
Progress The progress of the exchange job execution, in percentage.
Creation date The date the exchange job was created.
Start Date The date the exchange job execution started.
End Date The date the exchange job execution ended.
Creator The user that created the exchange job.

Command Description
Creation Date Filters All Displays all exchange jobs, independently from their creation date.
1h Displays the exchange jobs that were created within the last hour.
1d Displays the exchange jobs that were created within the 24 hours preceding the date specified in the calendar.

By default, this filter is selected. If you select another filter, it becomes the default display.

1w Displays the exchange jobs that were created within the 7 days preceding the date specified in the calendar.
Calendar Lets you select a date to display the exchange jobs.

Click the icon and select a new date. This date is displayed next to the icon.

Resubmit Recreates the failed exchange job.

Delete Deletes the selected exchange jobs.

Select one or more exchange jobs to delete using the check box next to their title, and click the command.

Activity Monitoring Opens the activity monitoring view.

Filter Enables you to filter the displayed exchange jobs by status.

Click the icon, and select or clear the required statuses.
