Viewing and Downloading the Results of an Exchange Job

You can view the report of the exchange resulting from an exchange job execution. For export jobs, you can also download this report and the exported content.

The results are available when the exchange job is finished. Therefore, you can only display them for successful or failed exchange jobs.

  1. In the grid view, double-click the title of an exchange job.
    A pane slides in from the right, with the details of the selected exchange job. The title of the job is displayed at the top of the pane, with its creator and its status.
  2. Click the Results tab.
    The Results tab is displayed with the following information:
    • For import jobs:
      Report Section Information Description
      Exchanged Objects Information Objects The total number of objects processed during the import.
      Succeeded The number of objects that were successfully imported during the exchange.
      Failed The number of objects that failed to be imported during the exchange.
      Execution Details Operation The type of import.
      Message A message about the import success or failure.
    • For export jobs:
      Section Information Description
      Exchanged Objects Information Errors The total number of errors that occurred during the export. This number includes errors that occurred multiple times.
      Objects The total number of objects processed during the export.
      Credits The number of credits consumed during the export.
      Execution Details Operation The type of export.
      Message A message about the export success or failure.
      Elapsed time The duration of the export job execution.
      Input Number of first-level objects that were specified for the export.
  3. To download the content exported with the export job, on the Output line, click Download Data.

    Important: You can only download the output of successful export jobs.

    Exported content is downloaded in a .zip file, that contains a STEPXML file, geometrical files, and other exported documents.
  4. To download a detailed report of the export job, on the Detailed Report line, click Download Report.

    Important: You can download the report of successful and failed export jobs.
    Tip: If the export job is part of a resubmission family, you can also download its report from the Family tab. For more information, see View and Manage the Exchange Jobs of a Family.

    The detailed report of the export job is downloaded as a .zip file.
  5. To close the pane, click .
