Customize the List View
Before you begin, click Customize View in the list of issues.

Select the check boxes for the columns you want to see, and clear the check
boxes for the columns you want to hide. You cannot hide the Title. Issue Properties
describes the default columns, and the following table describes the
additional columns.
If you added attributes from classifications when creating an issue, the list includes those attributes. If you added classification attributes to an existing issue, you might need to refresh the widget to see those attributes in the list.
Column Description Organization The organization that owns the issue. Collaborative Space The collaborative space that owns the issue. Contexts Also called DMU Context, shows an object that provides a better understanding of the issue. It can be another 3D object with a bigger structure to see the full context of an issue. Revision The revision level of the related object. Is Last Revision For a related object, indicates if this is the most recent revision of that object. Type The type of issue. On premises only: Your company might have defined subtypes of issues. If so, the subtype shows.Reporting Organization The organization of the person who reported the issue. Responsible Organization The organization responsible for resolving the issue. Editable only by Analyst or Issue Manager. You can only change the Responsible Organization when the issue has been promoted beyond the Create state.
Due Date The date when the resolution of the issue is due. Action Taken A description of any action taken to resolve the issue. Proposed Fix Information about a proposed solution. Resolution Statement A description of the actual resolution. Estimated Start Date The estimated date when work on the issue begins. Estimated End Date The estimated date when work on the issue is complete. Starting Date The date work or the issue began. Closure Date The date the resolution of the issue was accepted and implemented. Creation Date The date on which the issue was created. Custom attributes for your organization can also display for issues. Customization can be done from the following types:
- Subtypes
- Classifications
- Attribute Management
- Customer and Deployment Extensions

Choose a Density.
Compact shows more rows, closer together. Comfortable adds more space between the rows.
- If you do not want other widgets that display these columns to use these customizations, select the Apply options only to this app check box.
- Click Close.
To clear all column display customizations, click Customize View and click Reset. You might need to refresh the browser.
