Revising Qualifications

You can revise any type of qualification. If the qualification has documents and members attached, the revision replicates those objects.

To access this page, open the qualification. For more information, see Opening Qualifications.

Before you begin: The qualification must be in the Released or Obsolete state.
  1. From the qualification identity card, click > Revise.
  2. Click Yes or No to confirm the revision.

    • Yes, the new qualification revision will be connected to the new revision of target, context, and prereq, if they exist.
    • No, the new revision will be connected to the existing revisions of target, context, and prereq.

The new revision of the qualification opens and the Approved attribute is reset. The Qualifications tab of the manufacturer equivalent item lists all revisions connected to the qualification. For more information, see Qualifications.
