Managing Qualifications

Previously, general qualifications were the default type qualification in the New Qualification dialog box and the qualification list view. Now, equivalent qualifications display by default when creating, listing, and filtering qualifications.
Benefits: You can now easily manage equivalent qualifications.

Revising Manufacturer Equivalent Items

You can now revise manufacturer equivalent items using the Revise command on the manufacturer equivalent item context menu and identity card.

Viewing Qualification Restrictions

You can now view restrictions related to any type of qualification using the Restriction attribute on the Properties tab.
Benefits: You can now easily view the restrictions for qualifications.

Opening Attachments

The Open with icon on the Attachments tab changed to . The options now display the app icon with the app name.
Benefits: The Open with icon is now consistent among dashboard apps.

Customizing the Data Grid View

You can now customize the data grid view for sourcing objects throughout the app using the following settings:
  • Column order
  • Visibility
  • Width
  • Sort Order
  • Row groupings
The customized settings persist after refreshing the app or browser, changing the view, or logging in and out while using the same app.
Benefits: It is now easier to view sourcing objects in the data grid view.

Distinguishing Manufacturer Equivalent Items

You can now distinguish manufacturer equivalent items from other physical products using the Display Type attribute on the manufacturer equivalent item Properties tab.

New Home Page

The Supplier Item Qualification home page has been updated with more options.
Now, when you start Supplier Item Qualification, you see the home page fully expanded. You can collapse the home page to show only icons or expand the home page to show activities and their icons. You can now access user assistance from the home page.
Benefits: Ensures consistency across apps.

Icon Changes

The Delete and Remove icons were updated in Supplier Item Qualification. The icon for Delete changed from to and the icon for Remove changed from to .
Benefits: This ensures icon consistency across dashboard apps.

User and User Group Image Enhancements

The user and user group images on the Members tab are enhanced.
  • The user's initials image displays on the tile view and the Add Member dialog box. The displays on the data grid view.
  • The user group icon displays on the tile view, data grid view, and Add Member dialog box.
Benefits: This ensures consistency across dashboard apps.

Displaying Private User Groups

Now, private user groups can be shared to users with Viewer access. Users with Viewer access can view private user groups on the Members tab, use private user groups in other apps, such as 3DSwym and 3DDashboard, but cannot modify private user groups. <<No access>> displays as the private user group title for the context user without Viewer access.
Benefits: Provides different visibility to groups depending on users.

Displaying Error Messages for Adding and Removing Attachments Without Access

Now, if you do not have access to add a document to a qualification or remove a document from a qualification, an error message displays.
Benefits: Standardized error messages ensure consistency throughout the app.

6WTags in Qualifications

The 6WTags have been enhanced for qualifications.
Now, the following tag names display for qualifications:
  • Preferred in the Why quadrant
  • Qualification Status in the What quadrant
  • Context in the Where quadrant
Benefits: 6WTags give you many options for using attributes on objects.
