- In the Members Control Center widget, click Details in the ID card of the member you want to remove.
The member's details dialog box appears.

In the More options tab.

Click Remove Access.
- Click OK to confirm.
The user's access is blocked but the user's profile and roles are kept. The status of the user becomes No Access. If you need to grant platform access again you can either resend a new invitation or just change his rights to grant him access again. If you want to completely remove the member from the platform see Removing Members Through the User Details Dialog Box.
