Select the
Configure Members Options tab of the
Members Control Center app, and select any of the following:
- Automatically ungrant expired roles from members or groups.
Select this option to ungrant roles which licenses are expired to users when
they log in.
Note:
This option does not ungrant any expired prerequisite from
all expired prerequisites having a valid main role
- Allow administrators to grant roles without assigning the
associated license. Select this option to let
Administrators:
- invite users to your platform without assigning them licenses.
- allow
these
members
to
use, for specific roles, the licenses they have been granted on other
platforms.
However, if a license has been purchased, all its prerequisite
licenses must also be purchased in order to be able to grant this
license.
If you activate this option, when granting certain
roles, you will be able to select:
- the Assign License option to choose whether
you also assign the corresponding
license
or not.
- the Restrict Usage on this platform to avoid
the license to be used on another platform.

Allow platform members to invite
external
users (for instance when sharing
content).(select
default roles to assign), to let any platform member invite
external users, belonging or not to a 3DEXPERIENCE platform, to access content of the current
platform. The invitation is automatically sent to the invitee when the
member of the current platform shares any content. Click select
default roles to assign to select the list of roles granted
when inviting new members.
Note:
The Roles without any license filter only displays the roles whose
license is not linked to a platform.
The new settings are applied.
