In the Members Control Center section,
select one to n users.
Click or to switch to a table or grid layout.
- You can sort members by clicking First Name, Last
Name or Email in the table view . Their data will be sorted from A to Z or from Z
to A.
- You can either select them one by one by selecting the ID cards, or click to select all the users available in the current page. Click Manage Selection Deselect All to clear the selection.
- You can only select the users that you see in the current page. The number of users displayed per page is based on the preferences of the Members Control Center widget. See Customizing Members & Roles Preferences.

In the Roles section,
select one to n roles.
- Depending on the prerequisites of the selected role, different messages may appear:
- You need to select at least one of these roles. More than one associated
role appear. Select at least one of the proposed roles..
- Granting this role will also grant. An associated role appears. Click
OK. to validate or Cancel to close
the dialog box.
- You can only select the roles that you can see in the current page. The number of roles
displayed per page is based on the preferences of the Members Control
Center widget. See Customizing Members & Roles Preferences.
Note:
If you have selected the Allow administrators to grant roles
without assigning the associated license option in the
Configure Members Options sub-tab, a filter lets you
display roles without any license, which are roles for which your company has not
purchased any license for this platform but that you can grant to users having
licenses from another platform. However, if this license has been purchased, all its
prerequisite licenses must also be purchased in order to be able to grant this
license.

In the lower-right corner, click Assign selected roles or apps to selected members
.
The selected roles are granted to the selected users. The user can start using the granted roles in the My Roles / Profile section of the Compass.
