In the User Groups dashboard app, select a user group.

Select either of the following: .
- In the Members tab, click
Add Member and in the
Member field, enter either of the following:
- if the user has already validated the platform invitation, the
name of the member.
- the full user's email if:
- the user has not validated the platform invitation
yet.
- the user has not been invited to the platform, and your
administrator has activated external sharing.
Click Add.
- Select the Members tab, and in the top bar search field, enter
the name of the user, and in the search results list select the user and
drop it to the members section.

Repeat these steps as many times as required.
The member is added and becomes available for any user-group compatible app that would have used the given group. The member
automatically inherits any rights granted to the group by any app that would have used it.
By default, the list of members is displayed in
Tile View. Click
Table View to switch the view.
