search
tool is called 3DSearch.
With 3DSearch, you can:
Perform a simple full-text search
Control the display of search results
Restrict the search scope, using Search in Current Tab.
Refine your query with filters, using Advanced Search or 6WTags.
Start
predefined queries, using Type Shortcuts
Restrict the search scope to
preferred
object types
Important:
Users granted with specific roles and
licenses might have access to additional search
capabilities,
corresponding to the features available in the portfolio. For example, they
can do the following:
360° view of
items
Customize the search results display
Search by similarity
Expand and search on the product structure,
Search based on geographic or volume filtering
Roll up
information
on a graph of items
These capabilities are not included in the Collaborative Business Innovator and Collaborative Industry Innovatorroles.
