Logging in from an email Invitation

  1. Open the e-mail you have received from your platform Administrator.

    A 3DEXPERIENCE ID is required to access the platform.

    If you already have one, click Launch your 3DEXPERIENCE platform which redirects you to the login page.

  2. If you do not have a 3DEXPERIENCE ID, you are redirected to the register page. Click Create your 3DEXPERIENCE ID

    If you want to use another language for login, select a language at the bottom of the login section.

  3. Fill in the fields.

    Note: In the Name field, type at least two characters (eight on a public cloud). Do not use special or accentuated characters.

    If you use your SOLIDWORKS ID, 3DPassport sends you a reset password link to your email address. For more information about resetting your password, see Resetting your password.

    The Register page can provide a Captcha. If a Captcha is displayed, follow the instructions.

  4. Click Register.

    You will be redirected to the 3DDashboard app.

    If you used the 3DPassport service URL, the My 3DEXPERIENCE ID page (containing what is often referred to as your profile) is displayed:

    You can edit your 3DEXPERIENCE ID profile at any time using the 3DPassport URL. If you log in again, you will be redirected to your 3DEXPERIENCE ID profile instead of 3DDashboard app.

    You can also click Me > My Profile to edit your profile while logged in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

  5. Click Logout to log out.

    You can now log in again using your 3DEXPERIENCE ID:

    You can select the Remember me option if it is available.
