About the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

You can display additional information about the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

In your work session, select > About 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

The following information is displayed:

  • Current version number
  • Legal notices and cookies documents developed by your company. See Legal Notices for more information.
  • Update information. See the table below.

    The access to updates might be locked. For more information, see Platform Management dashboard.

Update Status Information
Up to date 3DEXPERIENCE Platform You are informed that you are using the last available version.
Recommended update
  • If no access lock is activated, you are informed that a new version is available, and you can click Get Update to start the update.
  • If an access lock is activated, you are only informed that a new version is available.
Mandatory update
  • If no access lock is activated, you are informed that a new version is required, and you can click Get Update to start the update.
  • If an access lock is activated, you are only informed that a new version is available.

The 3DEXPERIENCE platform is blocked until the update is performed. Only save and exit commands are available to let you save your current modifications.
