Change Order Summary View

The Change Orders summary view displays all the change orders for the given Change Request (CR). The summary view is available for users who have Change Request view access, but only users with specific roles and licenses can modify the summary view. The summary view properties and user roles and licenses are described below.

Column Access Role or License Description
NameRWA The change order name. Click to open the change order.
TypeRWA The change order type. By default, this column is hidden but can be added.
OwnerRWA The change order owner.
CoordinatorRWAThe coordinator assigned to the change order. The Change Coordinator and Project Leader can assign the Coordinator role.
StateRWA The change order lifecycle state.
CAsRWAThe change actions that are derived from the change request and are assigned to the change order. Click the name of a CA to view.
Drop ZoneECMThe drop zone to add unallocated change actions from the CR. Visible only if the change request has at least one unallocated CA.
Edit COECM / CO Owner / Change Coordinator/ Project LeaderClick the Edit Change Order icon to modify the CO.
New WindowRWAOpen the CO in a new window.
