Table-Based Editor Page

The table-based editor shows all the elements in session for a selected category.

To access the table-base editor, double-click a folder containing a list of objects in a tab. This table is available wherever an object list is present. For example, you can double-click the Buses node in the Topology tree to list all the buses in session.

Columns

Column Name Description
Actions

Indicates the actions that you can perform on the listed content:

Icon Name Action
or Lock or Unlock Click the blue lock to change the status.
Rename Click the pen on an unlocked element line and modify its title.

Status

Indicates if an element is read-only (locked) or editable (unlocked) .

Title The brief title of the element. You can modify the title with the Rename command.
Description The more detailed description of the element.
Owner The name of the owner of the element.
Is modifiable Indicates if the element can be modified.
Lifecycle state The current state of the element in its lifecycle.
Version The current version of the element.

Actions on the Table

A few actions are available from each table-based editor:

  • To swap columns, drag column headers.
  • To sort alphabetically the lines of a column according to the column content, click a column header.
