Launching the Conductor Routing Assistant

You can launch the Conductor Routing Assistant to manage conductors and routing processes.

Before you begin:
  • Create an electrical geometry and appropriate segments using the Electrical 3D Design app.
  • Create an electrical physical system, and insert conductors manually or import them from an XML file.
  • To enable the visualization of the filling ratio of segments, clear the Diameter and bend radius to its content check box in Me > Preferences > App Preferences > 3D Modeling > Electrical and Electronic Systems > Electrical 3D Design > Conductor section.

About Conductor Routing Assistant
  1. From the Conductors section of the action bar, click Conductor Routing Assistant .
  2. Select an electrical physical system in the tree.

    The Conductor Routing Assistant panel is displayed. It contains all the conductors and conductor groups of the electrical physical system.

    Tip: To launch the Conductor Routing Assistant, you can also select one or multiple electrical physical systems, and then click Conductor Routing Assistant in the action bar.
