Display Advance Report
The advance view displays the synchronization results in a table to provide detailed view of each object. You can use cross highlight behaviour, apply filters, and reframe on the required elements from the report.
-
In the Simulation
tab of the synchronize
panel, under Report, expand the Advance
Report.
A table listing the content impacted by the synchronization appears.Note: Based on the selection in the pie chart view, the information in the table is filtered.
The results are displayed in the columns based on the synchronized elements:
- Electrical Geometry: Provides the name of the electrical geometry containing the object
- Element: Provides the name of the object
- Action: Provides the type of action performed on the object during the process
- Status: Provides the synchronization status of the object
- Flatten Status: Provides the flatten status of a branch
- Length: Provides the length of the element for branches and segments after the synchronization process
- Impacted Table: Provides the information about tables impacted due to newly added, deleted, or modified elements from any table created using Table Management
- Length before: For branches and segments, provides the length of the element before the synchronization process
- Length: For branches and segments, provides the length of the element after the synchronization process
- Message: When errors or warnings occur during the
synchronization, the following messages can appear:
- "The 3D harness flattening and 3D harness design link is broken"
- "Error during the analyze"
- "Error during the Remove Component Synchronization"
- "Error during the Segment Structure Synchronization"
- "Error during the Add Component Synchronization"
- "Error during the attribute access"
- "Error during the Replace Component Synchronization"
- "Error during the Segment Attribute Synchronization - Different Segment Structure"
- "Error during Attribute Synchronization - Internal link failed to 3D harness flattening from 3D harness design"
- "Error during the Segment Attribute Synchronization - Different Number of Supports"
- "Error during the Segment Attribute Synchronization - Different Supports Configuration"
- "Error during the Add Component - The original component document is not saved"
- "Error during the Wire Route Synchronization"
- "Error during the Protective Covering Synchronization - Underlying Curves are not connected"
- "Error during the Protective Covering Synchronization - Underlying Curves are not tangential"
- "Error during the Device Move"
- "Error during Segment Move"

Modify the display of the report by hiding or showing the required columns
and sorting them in required order. To do so:
-
Right-click the required column header in the table and select
Hide Column or Show
Column.
You can select Show all columns to display all the columns.
-
Click a column header.
The arrow appears in the column header. The results are sorted in ascending alphabetical order.
-
Click the column header again.
The arrow appears in the column header. The results are sorted in descending alphabetical order.
-
Right-click the required column header in the table and select
Hide Column or Show
Column.
-
Click Generate Report
.
A .csv file is generated. It displays the electrical geometry, element, status, and message information.
Important: If you have applied filters, only the filtered view is exported in .csv format.
