About Sharing Specifications

You can assign ownership for a CAD model, CAD drawing, drawing print, and part specification to multiple Engineering BOM Management users with each user having their own level of security.

Access Levels

Owners may be assigned one of these access levels:

Access Level Definition
Read read, show. Users with Read access can download and view files.
Read and Connect read, show, connect to or from other objects. Users with Read and Connect access can download and view files.
Read Write read, show, modify. Users with Read Write access can checkout files, download and modify the files, and upload (checkin) the modified files.
Revise read, show, revise

Note: Users do not need to explicitly add or remove privileges through multiple ownership to add or remove change object from parts or to remove configuration criteria from configured parts.
