		  Do one of the following: 
		   
		   
			 Click 
				Search 
				> Engineering > Parts and search for
				parts. See 
				Predefined Queries.
				From the search results page, select one or more parts and click 
				 
				   Edit from the page toolbar.From the top bar, click 
							 > Engineering > Part > Create
							Part. Enter attribute details as required, and include a
						value greater than 1 in the Number of Parts field. Click
							OK.If 
				Manufacturing BOM Management
				is installed, from thetop bar,
				click 
				 
				   > Manufacturing > Create Manufacturing
				  Part. Enter attribute details as required, and include a value
				greater than 1 in the Number of Parts field. Click 
				Done. The Edit form opens, where you can make changes to part
			 attributes. 
		   
		  Make modifications, as required. You can make changes using either
			 in-cell editing (to change one cell at a time) or Mass Update (to change
			 multiple items at one time). 
		   
		   
			  To use in-cell editing, click the cell to change and select or
				enter the change. For details about the attributes, see

			  To use Mass Update: 
			   
			  
				To make changes only to certain items, select the items. 
				 
			  
				From the Mass Update menu, select the
				  attribute to change. 
				 
				Depending on which attribute you choose, you will see
				  either a field, a list, a calendar, or a chooser. 
				 
				Select or enter the change to make. 
				 
			  
				Click 
				  Apply to Selected or 
				  Apply to All. 
				 
				 
				   The icon 
					  indicates which items have been changed. Changes are shown in the
					 table columns in italics. 
		  After editing, do one of: 
		   
		   
			 Click 
				Save to save changes. 
			 Click 
				Reset to undo changes and continue working
				in Edit mode. 
			 Click 
				Close to close the form without saving
				changes.
