Context Menu

You can use the context menu for an issue to access additional information about that issue.

Menu Item Description For More Information
Open > Contexts Lists the apps you can use to view the item. Select the app you want to use to view the related object.
Open > Reported Against Lists the apps you can use to view the item. Select the app you want to use to view the related object.
Attachments Opens the attachment manager window for the issue. Managing Attachments
Relations Opens the issue in Relations.
Duplicate Creates a new issue based on the selected issue. Duplicating Issues
Close Promotes the issue to Closed. Enter a Resolution Statement, then click Close.
Delete Deletes the issue; click Delete to confirm.

You can only delete issues that you own and that are in the New maturity status.

More > Share Copies the URL to share the issue to the clipbord. You can paste the URL in a text or email message.
More > Inspect Opens the inspection view in the work area. Inspecting Issues
