Related Products for a Services Project

You can list the products related to a services project.

Required license role: Services Product Manager, Services Product Developer, Services Product Contributor

Required access roles:Author, Leader

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Services Project. For more information, see Opening a Services Project.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Objectives.
  3. Click Related Products.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the product. Click the name to view the object details page.
Type The type of object: Services Product
(Governed Items) Shows if this product is governed by this project.
Description The description of the product.
State The current state of the product.
Rev The revision of the product.
Owner The current owner of the product.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

You must have the Services Product Manager or Services Product Developer license role.

Add Existing Searches for and adds Services Products. You can only add products that are in the Create, Draft, or Review states.

 About 3DSearch Queries
Create Creates a new Services Product related to this project. The project must be in the Preliminary, Ready, In Work, or In Review lifecycle state. Creating Services Products
Remove Removes the selected product from the list. --

When you add or create a Services Product, this Services Project is not defined as the governing project. If you want to make that assignment, edit the Governing Project field on the Properties page for the Services Product.
