Opening a Claim

You can open a claim to see its properties and investigate it. There are several ways to open a claim.

Open a Claim from a Search

You can open claims from the search results.

The claim opens. For more information on the search feature, see Searching for Claims, Assets, and Customers.

You can open claims that have not been investigated from the treemap.

From the navigation menu, click Home .
From the treemap, click the gray Not investigated rectangle.
The Search page opens with a Not investigated filter applied to the page so that only claims that have not been investigated are displayed in the result list.
Optional: Refine the results. For more information, see Refining Content.
From the results, click a claim title.
