Opening, Downloading and Editing an Investigation

You can open published investigations and edit them.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Have at least one published investigation.

Open an Investigation

You can open any published investigation.

  1. From the navigation menu, click Home.
  2. From the treemap, click the blue rectangle corresponding to the investigation you want to open.
    A read-only version of the investigation opens in a modal window.
  3. From the modal window, you can:
    • Browse the different tabs of the investigation to access its charts, recommendations and cluster of claims.
    • Download a PDF version of the investigation. For more information, see Download an Investigation.
    • Edit the investigation. For more information, see Edit an Investigation
  4. When done browsing, click to close the investigation.

Download an Investigation

You can generate and download a PDF version of any published investigation.

  1. Open the investigation that you want to download as PDF.
  2. From the top right-hand corner of the modal window that opened, click Download report .
    A PDF version of the investigation is generated and downloaded to your computer.

Edit an Investigation

You can edit published investigations.

  1. Open the investigation you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit investigation .
