Creating a Flange

You can add material of a constant thickness and offset (from the walls) to the perimeter of divided bodies to improve the mating conditions. The flange is a multi-body feature that requires at least one divided half body.

This task shows you how to create a Flange.

Note: Depending on your role, you may not have access to this functionality.

Before you begin: Open a 3D shape geometry.
