Working with Annotations

You can add labels to your experience to locate landmarks, POIs (Points of Interest), or place names. A label is a text box linked to an actor.

  1. From the Author section of the action bar, click the appropriate label type:
    TypeDescription
    Corporate Rounded Box

    Attach with a rounded extremity.

    Standard Rounded Box

    Attach with a rounded extremity.

    Detail Rounded Box

    Attach with an arrow extremity.

    Location Wide Rounded Box

    No attach.

  2. Click the object to which you want to link the text box.
  3. Use the anchor to position the text box.


  4. Click the label then use the Properties panel to modify properties as needed.

    Important: Some properties (such as the color) cannot be modified for the default types. To make your changes, first select No style in the Style list.



  5. Repeat these steps as many times as necessary to create additional labels.
  6. To remove a label, select it then press Delete.
