You can change the angle of one or several bones.

When you modify a parent bone, children bones are modified as well. This process is called forward kinematics.

Before you begin: From the Human section of the action bar, click Edit Human to open the panel.

  2. In the work area, select one or more bones.
  3. To change the angle of a body part, do one of the following:
    • In the work area, move the Robot.
    • In the panel, under Advanced Properties, use the sliders:
      • Move one or more sliders: Supination/Pronation, Adduction/Abduction, etc.
Note: For more information, see About Body Movements.
      • To increase the angle value by 10, click the right side of the slider. To decrease the angle value by 10, click the left side.
      • To increase or decrease the angle value by 1, hover over the slider and scroll the mouse wheel forward or backward.
      • To remove limits of movements, click Use limits .

    Notes:
    • When you select a bone, values are expressed in degrees.
    • When you select one or more bones using Ctrl+ select, values are expressed in percent. This percentage defines the average amplitude of all selected joints depending on their limit values (from -100% to 100%). 0% corresponds to the default neutral posture.
    • When you select several bones, you can see the status of the joints in a check box:

      All joints are activated.

      All joints are deactivated.
