Manipulating the View Using the V-Nav Tool

You can use the V-Nav tool to manipulate the view.

Keyboard Shortcuts
  1. Click a V-Nav plane to switch to a standard view.
  2. Click a rear plane, keep the mouse button pressed, and move the pointer.

    A circle appears and you can rotate the view around the selected axis.

  3. Middle-click a V-Nav plane to select the plane as current work plane.
  4. Move the pointer near the V-Nav tool until an orange circle appears.
  5. Click the circle and keep the mouse button pressed to rotate the view around the view normal .


  6. Click the orange circle to select the view lock mode.


    You can rotate the view around the screen normal.
  7. Click the circle again to select the rotation lock mode.


    You can only pan and zoom the view.
  8. Click the circle again to unlock the V-Nav tool.
