Unloading the DS Installer Media

Procure the DS Installer media for your operating system.
You must use the DS Installer media which is provided with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform app media you want to install.
The name of the media may be:
```
DS_Installer-VERSION-PLATFORM.EXT
```
where EXT is .zip on Windows and .tar.gz on Linux.
For example:
```
DS_Installer-R2022x.Linux64.tar.gz
DS_Installer-R2022x.Windows64.zip
```
Uncompress (unzip or untar) this file to the extraction directory SOFT_DIR explained in Unloading the 3DEXPERIENCE App Media.
Note: The target extraction pathname must not contain more than 60 characters.

Throughout this procedure, DS_Installer_Dir refers to the full path of the DS Installer.
For example:
```
SOFT_DIR/DS_Installer.PLATFORM
```
For example, on Windows:
```
DS_Installer_Dir=C:\Soft\DS_Installer.Windows64
```
On Linux, the following is possible:
```
DS_Installer_Dir=/Soft/DS_Installer.Linux64
```
