From the Tools section of the action bar, select B.I. Essentials .

- Major Version Status
- Matrix positioning
- Minor Major Management

From the list, select a B.I.
Colors are applied to all objects in the tree and in the 3D area accordingly.
In the tree or in the 3D area, select an object to display detailed information.
To select a B.I. Essentials value, hover over the value and click the plus sign (+) that appears.
All objects with that value are selected.
