Select a type from the
New Parameter of type list, then click
New Parameter of type.
Notes:
- You can edit the parameter name in the
Edit name or value of the current
parameter box.
- You can decide to assign a single value or multiple values to
your parameter.
- You can specify that a parameter is constant using
Properties from the
context menu.
This command also enables you to hide a parameter.
- If a parameter value is between [-1e-6mm , 1e-6mm], it is set
to 0mm.

Click
OK.
- In edition mode, you can pin your favorite parameters clicking
in the
Edit Parameter dialog box. The favorite
parameters are displayed at the top right corner of your
app.
You can dock them anywhere you like. Click this icon again to remove the
parameter from your favorites list.
- Right-clicking the value field of a parameter in the
Formula editor lets you access the following
commands:
- Change step to change the parameter
step.
- Add multiple values to add multiple
values to the
Value List dialog box. To know more, see

- Add range to add ranges to parameters.

- Edit comment to edit the comments and

- Lock: to lock or unlock a parameter.
- Hide to hide the parameter.
- Change display unit to select a new
display unit for the parameter depending on the parameter type you are creating
or editing. To know more, see
