Classifications List

When working with an object, you can manage the classifications that the object belongs to. The Classification PowerView page has a Classification section.

Columns

Column Name Description
Title The title of the class. Click to view the default page for that item.
Type The type or subtype of the class.
Name Name of the parent class for this object.
Description Details about the class.
State The current state of the class in its lifecycle.
Owner The person responsible for the class.
Classification Path The class hierarchy to which this object belongs. Click a name to view the default page for that item.
Opens the default page for the class in a new window.

Classify Selects existing classes to add this object to. Classifying an Object
Edit Attributes If an attribute group has been defined for a class, edits the values for those attributes for this object. Editing Class Attributes
ReClassify Changes the classification from the selected class to a different class. Reclassifying an Object
Remove Removes this object from the selected classes; click OK to confirm. If the disconnected class results in removing attributes, the message lists the attributes that will no longer be available for this object. --
