OK to confirm. Only available if PDF
rendering is enabled (see
Batch Printing and PDF Rendering
in the
IP Classification
Administration Guide.
The Rendering job is submitted in the background and the PDF
file must be visible in the files list after a while. The system load and the
number of print/rendering jobs submitted will affect the wait time before you
see the PDF file in the file list.

Checkout

Check out a file from the document,
navigate to the folder or directory you want to contain the file. Checking out
a document locks it.

|
Delete the version shown; click
OK to confirm. If prior versions were
checked in, the latest version becomes the active version for this
file.
