Reference Documents List

In the context of a retention hold or retention record, a reference document provides details about why the documents are being retained or purged.

The documents listed on the Reference Documents page will not be purged and are not covered by the retention hold or retention record, unless also listed on the Retained Files page.

To access this page:

1. View the properties page of the retention record or retention hold. See Retention Record/Hold Properties.
2. From the page toolbar, click Categories > Reference Documents.
