Adding a Part as a Reference Item

You can add an existing part as a reference item for a DMR.

Before you begin: View the Reference Items list for an item listed in the DMR. See Reference Items for a Part.
  1. To add the part as a child of an existing part, select that part. Otherwise, you can add the part at the top-level of the reference list.
  2. Click Edit All.
  3. From the page toolbar, click Actions > Part > Add Existing.
  4. Enter search criteria, select a part, and click Next.
  5. Select a plant.
  6. Click Done.
